Logging In

Go to and bookmark this website address: Student Support Card Login

You can also get there by visiting Brightways Learning’s Kaleidoscope Connect page and click the Login button.

Either way will get you to the Login screen:

Username & Password: You should have gotten these from your local leader; if you have forgotten, ask them again.

Once you have typed them in, click the Sign In button.

Common Errors

A login error will show a message like the following below:

This usually happens due to one of the following reasons:

  • The Username and/or Password was mistyped when you tried to Sign In. Try typing them in again to ensure they are correct.

  • The Username and/or Password was mistyped when your system account was setup. If after you confirmed you input the correct login you were given and still get an error, then ask your local leader to please check the login details of your account.

  • The login account is not Active; If the Username and Password you try match for your account, then the account may be Inactive. To check and fix this, ask your local leader to go to your Account and make sure the Active checkbox is marked (located just above the Username field).

Logging Out

On any page, you can use the button in the top-right corner of the page to Logout of the Student Support Card system.

On any Survey page, there’s a second Logout button at the bottom of the page after the last survey question.
